Maintenence Technician

We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a growing team in the Fargo area. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys variety, and is confident working across multiple residential properties.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across single-family, multi-family, and rental properties
• Complete preventative maintenance to keep homes safe and efficient
• Prepare units for new residents, including cleaning, repairs, and turnover tasks
• Assist with light construction, remodeling, and renovation projects
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls during scheduled on-call rotations
