Construction Worker

We are seeking motivated and reliable Construction Workers to join our team. As a construction worker, you will play a vital role in the construction, maintenance, and repair of various structures, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Preparation: Assist in clearing job sites, demolishing old structures, and preparing the ground for new construction.
• Foundation and Concrete Work: Dig trenches, pour concrete, and assist with foundation installation.
• Building Structures: Frame walls, install windows and doors, and assist with other carpentry, masonry, and construction tasks.
• Heavy Machinery Operation: Operate equipment like forklifts, cranes, bulldozers, and excavators (if qualified).
• Utility Installation: Help install plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems under the guidance of specialized tradespeople.
• Finishing Touches: Assist with painting, drywall, flooring, and other finishing tasks to complete the construction.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other construction professionals to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• OSHA certification or other safety training.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
