Cleaning Technician

Ensures cleanliness of plant, removes oil and debris from floor, eliminating safety hazards and to meet unplanned downtime goals.

Ensures company standards for safety, quality and customer satisfaction are met or exceeded

Maintains an excellent attendance record

Recommends safety improvement to reduce cost and maximize profitability

Meets or exceeds the Company's established manufacturing standard while maintaining the highest level of quality

Work independently and primarily under self-direction

Ensures floors stay free of oil and are safe for all people in facility

Ensures all areas surrounding presses are clean

Notifies management concerning need for repairs or other concerns of the facility

Performs all other assignments as required


Requirements

No Experience required but would prefer previous factory experience.

Demonstrates an understanding, and adheres to departmental work instruction, Company policies and procedures, Company Handbook, all required documentation, and ISO standards, in support of the Company's goals and objectives.

Demonstrates a sense of urgency with cleaning up spills and leaks (ie: oil leaks, from presses).

Demonstrates excellent communication skills and asks for clarification, guidance, and assistance when needed.

Demonstrates self-motivation related to position, safety, and team building.

Demonstrates safe work practices and compliance with facility safety regulations and requirements.

Problem solver: sense of accountability and sound professional judgement.

Excellent interpersonal, and self-motivation skills.

Highly motivated and able to work with others to complete tasks.
