Installer – Construction Industry
Full-Time | Day Shift
Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
We are seeking motivated individuals to join a growing construction team as an Insulation Installer. This position is ideal for candidates with construction experience who enjoy hands-on work and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Install various types of insulation in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
* Measure and cut materials to fit designated spaces
* Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites
* Prepare work areas and maintain a clean, safe job site
* Operate hand and power tools as needed
* Follow project specifications and safety guidelines
* Work in new construction and renovation environments
* Assist with additional construction-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
* Previous construction, framing, roofing, siding, drywall, insulation, or general labor experience preferred
* Comfortable using hand and power tools
* Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements
Physical Requirements:
* Lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday
* Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and reach frequently
* Work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions
* Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces when required
