Job Description
Machine Operator
We’re looking for a Manufacturing Technician to support our production team. In this role, you’ll operate equipment and assemble mechanical components using a variety of tools and ensure consistent quality, precision, and efficiency throughout all stages of production
Responsibilities:
• Operate production equipment and use hand and power tools as needed
• Assemble mechanical components according to specifications
• Apply customer requirements and manufacturing guidelines accurately
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements:
• Ability to operate a wide variety of tools and basic production equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks
• Ability to read, understand, and follow technical instructions
• Strong communication and ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to push/pull up to 100 lbs and lift up to 70 lbs
• Requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
• Occasional climbing and repetitive physical tasks may be required
Qualifications:
• Basic computer skills
• High School Diploma or GED or acceptable combination of education and experience
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Ability to learn and follow structured processes and procedures
• Dependable with strong work ethic and attendance record
$20.50/hour to start, with opportunity for higher pay based on experience
