Wait-Staff – $20/Hour
Pay: $20.00 per hour (Daily Pay Available, No Tips)
Schedule: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Must arrive on time and be fully prepared to serve appetizers to 150 guests.
HireQuest Direct is hiring professional Wait-Staff for a high-end offsite catered event in a formal setting. This is a temporary assignment supporting a plated, multi-course dinner service. This is a client-facing role where professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail are extremely important.
Duties:
* Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to all guests.
* Serve a plated 4-course dinner in a high-end event setting.
* Ensure guests receive attentive and efficient service throughout the event.
* Follow event service standards and instructions from lead staff or supervisors.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance at all times.
* Assist with setup, service, and breakdown as needed.
* Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and successful event.
Requirements:
* Must be professional, punctual, and reliable.
* Prior serving or banquet experience preferred.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end service environment.
* Must maintain a polished and professional appearance.
* Required dress code: black pants and black collared shirt.
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
* Must be available for full shift with no early departures.
* Must follow all event instructions and service standards.
