**Barista – On-Call Shift
**Schedule**
On-call schedule based on business needs. Shifts may vary by day and evening availability. Additional hours may be available based on customer demand and staffing needs.

This temporary position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with people and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. **Duties**
* Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to customer specifications
* Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Take orders and process payments accurately
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Restock supplies, cups, and ingredients as needed
* Answer customer questions and provide menu recommendations
* Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
**Requirements**
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to stand for extended periods
* Reliable attendance and punctuality
* Food service or barista experience preferred but not required
* Must be able to reliably commute to work
