Job Title: On-Call Temporary Catering & Event Staff
Location: Various locations (Regional events, banquets, and private parties)
Pay Rate: $11-$14/hr (Varies by assignment, position, and experience) + Potential Tips

About the Role
We are seeking reliable, energetic, and professional On-Call Catering Staff to join our event team. In this position, you will assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of a wide variety of events, including weddings, corporate galas, private parties, and catered functions.
Because our events take place across various dates, times, and venue locations, this position offers flexible schedules ideal for anyone seeking supplemental income.
Key Responsibilities
Event Setup & Teardown: Assist with setting up tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces, buffet stations, and service areas; break down and clean up after events.
Food & Beverage Service: Serve food (buffet, plated, or passed hors d’oeuvres) and refresh beverages according to event standards.
Guest Hospitality: Deliver attentive, friendly, and professional customer service to event hosts and guests.
Kitchen & Sanitation Support: Assist kitchen personnel with busing tables, scraping plates, maintaining sanitation standards, and keeping service areas clean and organized.
Requirements & Qualifications
Reliable Transportation: Must have a dependable way to travel to various event locations throughout the area on short notice.
Background Check: Must pass a clean background check prior to employment.
Drug Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Flexibility: Willingness to work evening, weekend, and holiday hours on an on-call basis.
Physical Ability: Able to stand, walk, and carry trays/equipment for extended periods (lifting up to 30–50 lbs may be required).
Professional Appearance & Demeanor: Must present a clean, groomed image (standard catering uniform: solid black dress shirt, black slacks, non-slip black shoes).
Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, catering, or food service is preferred, but willing to train candidates with outstanding work ethic.
