HireQuest Direct is currently seeking Certified Flaggers to support ongoing and upcoming projects throughout Washington state. If you are reliable, safety-focused, and ready to work, we want to hear from you!
Schedule: Day shifts (hours may vary based on project needs)
Employment Type: Temporary / Project-Based (with ongoing opportunities)
Responsibilities
Control traffic flow in construction and work zones
Maintain a safe environment for workers, pedestrians, and drivers
Follow state and company safety procedures at all times
Communicate effectively with crew members and the public
Requirements
✅ Valid WA State Flagger Certification card, or approved reciprocal flagger certification
✅ Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather
✅ Strong attention to safety and situational awareness
✅ Dependability and punctuality
Transportation
Access to a personal vehicle is highly recommended due to varying and sometimes remote job locations.
