Our client, a leading manufacturer of plastics and polymers, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join their team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping out products in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about different chemicals and materials handling.
**Responsibilities:**
* Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and condition of products
* Organize and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
* Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed
* Pick, pack, and ship out products in a timely and efficient manner
* Count and reconcile inventory levels to ensure accurate inventory records
* Collaborate with other warehouse team members to achieve daily goals and objectives
* Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

* 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally lift heavier objects with assistance
* Familiarity with material handling equipment (e.g. forklifts, pallet jacks)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines
* Basic math skills and ability to count accurately
* Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
