Job Description: 

We are currently seeking certified flaggers to join our team. As a certified flagger, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of construction sites, road work zones, and other areas where traffic control is necessary. Your primary responsibility will be to direct the flow of traffic, ensuring the safety of workers, pedestrians, and motorists alike.

Responsibilities:

• Direct traffic to ensure the safety of all individuals in and around work zones.
• Set up and maintain traffic control devices such as cones, signs, and barricades.
• Communicate effectively with other members of the construction crew and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Maintain a keen awareness of your surroundings and be prepared to react quickly to changing traffic conditions.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid flagger certification/license.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Quick reflexes and the ability to react calmly in high-pressure situations.
