Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales/Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies

- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify potential clients and target markets

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their staffing needs are met and exceeded

- Collaborate with the recruiting team to source and screen candidates for open positions

- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients

- Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and value proposition

- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitability for the company

- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and results to management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the staffing industry

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
