Job Title: Traveling Staffing Coordinator

Hours per Week: Minimum of 40


JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to supplement staff as needed in all branches primarily located in Tennessee however the Florida Panhandle, and Arizona as needed. This position requires 80% travel time to other branches from the assigned home branch which is Nashville, TN. Must be available for travel upon short notice, valid driver's license and clean MVR. Company Credit Card and Mileage Reimbursement Included.





JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

● Assist with daily operations

● Assist applicants with computer entry and obtain proper Identification required for I-9 verification

● Ensure that applicants' on-boarding is correct and all documents are uploaded

● Dispatch Hire Quest employees

● Provide excellent customer service to Applicants, Employees, and Vendors

● Perform daily and weekly payouts for Hire Quest employees

● Assign pay cards to new Hire Quest employees

● Assist with billing for the branch

● Assist in making calls to customers to verify satisfaction

● Input work orders and verify that customer documentation has been uploaded and current

● Enter I-9 information for each Hire Quest employee

● Conduct E-Verify on all Hire Quest employees

● Conduct background or credit checks when necessary

● Submit requests for Certificates of Insurance

● Participate in Job Fairs when needed

● Participate in recruiting for all staffing needs

● Any administrative duties as needed

● Any other duties assigned by the Branch Manager, Regional Operations Manager & Vice President as needed
