Shipping Clerk

Are you detail-oriented and organized with a knack for handling shipments? HireQuest Direct of Minot is seeking a diligent Shipping Clerk. As a Shipping Clerk, you'll play a crucial role in assembling and packing crates, cupboards, and other products for shipment, ensuring they reach their destinations safely and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and pack crates, cupboards, and other woodworking products for shipment
• Ensure products are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation accurately
• Maintain inventory of shipping supplies and materials
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed

Requirements:

• Minimal knowledge of cutting tools such as table saws and measuring tape
• Basic computer skills for printing shipping labels and documentation
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
