Semi-Truck Body Work & Detailing Technician 

Location: Minot, ND 

Pay: $25/hour (starting) 

Position Type: Full-time 

Job Overview: 

We are looking for a skilled Semi Truck Body Work & Detailing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a general knowledge of auto bodywork and a keen eye for detail. You’ll be responsible for performing body repairs, detailing, and maintaining semi-trucks to ensure they are in top condition. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform body repairs and maintenance on semi-trucks, including dent repair, paint touch-ups, and structural fixes 
• Clean, polish, and detail semi-trucks, ensuring high-quality finishes 
• Inspect and assess damage to determine repair needs 
• Prepare trucks for paint, including sanding, priming, and cleaning surfaces 
• Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards 
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment 
• Assist with other auto body tasks as needed 

Qualifications: 

• General knowledge of auto body work (experience with semi-trucks is a plus) 
• Ability to perform detailing and minor body repairs 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work 
• Experience in an auto body shop or similar environment preferred 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
