Electrical Helpers- assisting master electrician with the installation of underground conduit and wire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Installation: Help install electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment under the supervision of a licensed electrician.
- Troubleshooting: Assist in identifying and fixing electrical issues, such as faulty switches, sockets, and wiring.
- Maintenance: Help maintain electrical systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Material Management: Manage and organize tools and materials needed for electrical projects.
- Workspace Preparation: Prepare and clean the workspace before and after projects.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and assist with fire prevention activities.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some positions may require relevant coursework or certification.
- Skills: Basic understanding of electrical systems, ability to read technical drawings, and familiarity with electrical tools and equipment.
- Physical Ability: Capable of performing strenuous work, including climbing utility poles and handling heavy materials.
- Certifications: Some positions may require specific certifications or completion of an apprenticeship program.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in construction or electrical work is beneficial.
- Ability to work well under supervision and follow instructions accurately.
