Position Overview:
As a Paint Line Operator, you will play a crucial role in the finishing process of various products, ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards. Operating within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, your responsibilities will include setting up and monitoring paint line equipment, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with team members to achieve production goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Application of paint products in accordance with customer requirements.
- Able to use paint spray equipment, sanding equipment, and various hand tools.
- Maintain and clean spray guns and related equipment.
- Report inconsistencies and/or defects in material, product or equipment.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer knowledge (Windows, email, internet, etc.
- Written and verbal communication, math, reading, and spelling skills
Physical Demands of Position
- This position requires walking and standing to a significant degree.
- Must have the ability to lift 70 pounds from floor to waist, carry 50 pounds, and push and/or pull up to 100 pounds.
- Stooping, crouching, kneeling, and bending.
- This role may be subject to internal and external environmental conditions.
