Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, electrical work, and general maintenancerepairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and property management.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance equipment and storage areas.
• Assist with apartment turnovers and renovations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in apartment maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and general maintenance techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and perform repairs efficiently.
