Are you looking for a seasonal position? Hire Quest Direct is hiring Flaggers for upcoming projects in the Dickinson, ND region. 

No experience necessary, we offer training for 2025 Flagger Certifications!  

Responsibilities include: 

• Safely control movement of motoring public through active construction sites.  
• Accurately and clearly communicate with others on the jobsite and the public using radio, sign, hand and flag signals. 
• Discuss and have a complete understanding of traffic plans and any detours with the supervisor.  
• As the first line of defense, acting quickly to warning those in the work zone of any vehicles that fail to head signals. Preventing accidents or injury to those working. 

• Must hold and maintain a valid Flagger Certificate for 2025.  
• Reliable transportation to the job site 
• Ability to communicate clearly. 
• This position is physically demanding. 
• To be successful in this position you will require the ability to stand for long periods of time in all weather conditions.
