Field Service Technician

Ready to get out of the shop and into the field? We’re hiring Field Service Technicians now!

This position supports field operations by repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting oilfield equipment. You’ll work closely with the Field Manager and operations teams to ensure equipment is safe, reliable, and running smoothly. The work is hands-on, fast-paced, and outdoors — ideal for someone dependable and mechanically inclined.

Main duties include:

• Repairing and maintaining oilfield pumping equipment
• Assisting with rig-up and rig-down of equipment
• Performing inspections and field service repairs
• Troubleshooting issues and recommending solutions
• Accurately completing service reports
• Following strict safety standards

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable working long hours in outdoor conditions
• 1+ year oil and gas experience preferred
• Strong ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
• Dependable and adaptable with a hands-on work style
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic mechanical knowledge; experience with tools
