  • Position: Temp-to-Perm – Bilingual Spanish Call Center Representative
  • Duration: 90 Days (Opportunity for Full-Time Hire)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Location: Columbus, GA
  • Compensation: $13/hour
  • Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and assist clients in both English and Spanish

  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and customer inquiries

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and data entry

  • Provide excellent customer service while resolving client concerns

  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed




  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer skills and experience with phone systems preferred

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Attendance & Punctuality Policy:


This position operates under a 3-point system for tardiness and absences. Excessive lateness or unexcused absences may result in termination.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering hands-on experience and a direct path to a full-time role after 90 days.
