- Position: Temp-to-Perm – Bilingual Spanish Call Center Representative
- Duration: 90 Days (Opportunity for Full-Time Hire)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Location: Columbus, GA
- Compensation: $13/hour
- Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist clients in both English and Spanish
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and data entry
- Provide excellent customer service while resolving client concerns
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and experience with phone systems preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Attendance & Punctuality Policy:
This position operates under a 3-point system for tardiness and absences. Excessive lateness or unexcused absences may result in termination.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering hands-on experience and a direct path to a full-time role after 90 days.
