HireQuest Direct is looking for a Forklift Operator in Chanhassen, MN. This is a 1st shift position Monday - Friday. Flexible start times, year-round position, and casual dress code.

Requirements: 

• Construction or building material supplies experience
• Must be able to stand and walk for 8-10 hours during work shift
• Exposure to extreme temperatures
• Must be able to bend and stoop
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 75 lbs. or more frequently
• Excellent work ethic and attendance

Responsibilities: 

• Receive in-coming warehouse products, commodities and materials
• Count and record receipt of materials
• Stock all material received in appropriate bins or storage locations
• Assist inventory control in counting and organizing warehouse materials
• Operate forklift with foot and hand controls
• Use forklift to build outgoing orders for lumber and building materials
• Use forklift to load completed orders onto delivery equipment while maintaining safe procedures and stacking methods
• Load and unload trucks
• Check built loads to ensure quality and accuracy
