Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Screen, recruit, and interview job applicants
· On-board and assist applicants with the application process
· Help enforce company policies, rules, and regulations
· Provide management with requested reports and documents
· Coordinate events focused on employee recruitment
· Accurately maintain employee files
· Any other related tasks as directed by manager
Qualifications:
· Previous experience as Staffing Specialist, Recruiter, or otherHR related fields
· Basic knowledge of labor and employment laws
· Experience with interviewing & evaluating candidates (usingphone/social media, job boards, etc.)
· Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintainupdated physical and digital employee records
· Good knowledge of staffing industry
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to build rapport with all employees
· Ability to work without supervision
