Job Description
We’re hiring motivated, dependable individuals to join a respected local insulation company in Worthing, SD. As an Insulation Technician, you’ll install batt and spray foam insulation in residential and commercial projects—helping improve energy efficiency and comfort in every building. No prior experience is required; we provide full training for candidates ready to work hard and learn valuable trade skills.
Responsibilities
Install batt and spray foam insulation in walls, attics, crawl spaces, and other areas
Operate insulation blowing and spray foam equipment safely and effectively
Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials accurately
Load, unload, and organize materials and tools
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
Follow all company policies and safety standards
Requirements
No prior experience required – training provided
Construction or insulation experience a plus
Comfortable working on ladders, in tight spaces, and in varying temperatures
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical work
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Weekly pay
Full-time hours with overtime available

Work Environment
This is a hands-on, physical position in residential and commercial construction settings. Work takes place indoors and outdoors with protective gear such as masks, gloves, and coveralls provided.
