Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in employee benefits administration or a related Human Resources role.
Essential Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain employee benefit programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding benefit enrollment, eligibility, coverage options, and proper utilization of benefits.
- Review, process, and maintain benefit-related payroll deductions, charges, status changes, and reports.
- Coordinate and manage Leave of Absence (LOA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Workers’ Compensation
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Respond to employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner while delivering exceptional customer service.
Additional Duties
- Cross-train in all areas of Human Resources to provide departmental support as needed.
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Attend workshops, and conferences as required.
- Travel to multiple agency locations as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
