About the Role
HireQuest Direct is seeking an experienced, safety-minded CDL Driver with Moffett experience to join our local delivery team. You’ll be responsible for delivering lumber, building materials, and supplies directly to local job sites and residential customers.

Key Responsibilities
Safely transport lumber and building materials to job sites on scheduled local routes.
Operate a truck-mounted forklift (Moffett) to safely load and unload materials on uneven or tight site terrain.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle and equipment inspections.
Secure loads properly according to DOT regulations.
Provide professional, polite service to site managers and contractor clients.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of CDL commercial driving experience.
Moffett Skills: Hands-on experience operating a truck-mounted Moffett forklift (required).
Clean MVR: Safe driving record with no major violations.
Clear Background: Able to pass a comprehensive background check.
Drug Screen: Must pass a pre-employment drug test and participate in standard DOT random screenings.
Physical ability to strap/unstrap loads and handle building materials as needed.
