Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Location: Lexington, SC (and surrounding areas)
Pay Rate: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and motivated HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Lexington, SC. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing residential and/or light commercial heating and cooling systems. What You’ll Do
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various makes and models of HVAC systems (heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, etc.).
Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups to ensure systems are running efficiently.
Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers with transparency and professionalism.
Maintain accurate records of all service calls, parts used, and work completed.
Adhere to all safety codes and company procedures.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on HVAC service and troubleshooting experience.
Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to work/dispatch locations.
Certifications: EPA Universal certification is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and great communication with customers.
Attributes: Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
