Job Description
We are seeking dedicated, safety-conscious individuals to join our professional traffic control team. As a Certified Flagger, you will play a critical role in maintaining safety on commercial job sites by directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Directing traffic flow through work zones using standardized signals and equipment.
Ensuring the safety of motorists, pedestrians, and fellow crew members.
Maintaining clear communication with the site supervisor and fellow team members.
Setting up and breaking down traffic control signs, cones, and barriers according to safety protocols.
Remaining alert and professional in various weather conditions and environments.
Required Qualifications
Active Traffic Control Certification: Must possess a valid, recognized flagger certification.
Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is required.
Reliable Transportation: You must have dependable, personal transportation to get to various commercial work sites on time.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Safety Focus: A commitment to following all OSHA and site-specific safety regulations without exception.
