Job Description
Lead daily operations in a concrete production facility by supervising production crews, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. Responsibilities include scheduling work, training employees, monitoring production, coordinating with team leads, and ensuring projects are completed on time. Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing, construction, or concrete production is preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
