Job Description
OSHA 10 Certified Construction Laborer
We are looking for reliable, safety-conscious construction laborers to work on active jobsites throughout the Baltimore area. This position requires someone who has their OSHA 10 certification and understands the importance of maintaining a safe, clean, and organized jobsite.
Responsibilities:
* Perform general labor duties on active construction jobsites.
* Clean and maintain work areas throughout the day.
* Move and stage materials, tools, and equipment as directed.
* Load, unload, and transport materials around the jobsite.
* Assist skilled tradespeople and other site personnel as needed.
* Remove debris, trash, and construction materials from work areas.
* Help maintain clear walkways and safe working conditions.
* Follow all OSHA, site-specific, and company safety procedures.
* Properly use required PPE and maintain awareness of surrounding jobsite hazards.
* Follow directions from foremen, supervisors, and site management.
* Perform other general construction duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* OSHA 10 certification required.
* Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus.
* Must be safety-minded and able to follow instructions.
* Must be reliable and committed to showing up on time and completing the scheduled shift.
* lift, carry, and move materials as required.
* Comfortable working outdoors and in an active construction environment.
* Must have appropriate work boots and be willing to wear all required PPE.
