Job Title: Retail Site Cleaning Crew Members & Supervisors

Pay: $15.00 – $19.50 per hour, depending on position and shift
Schedule: 12-hour shifts | Day and Night Shifts Available
Positions Available: 20 Cleaning Crew Members and 4 Supervisors

Job Description

We are currently hiring Retail Site Cleaning Crew Members and Supervisors for a retail site cleaning operation. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who can work a consistent 12-hour shift and take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Both day and night shifts are available. Employees will work a set three-day schedule.

Available Schedules

Crew 1: Sunday through Tuesday

Day Shift: 12-hour shifts
Night Shift: 12-hour shifts
5 Cleaning Crew Members per shift
1 Supervisor per shift

Crew 2: Wednesday through Friday

Day Shift: 12-hour shifts
Night Shift: 12-hour shifts
5 Cleaning Crew Members per shift
1 Supervisor per shift
Pay Rates

Retail Site Cleaning Crew Members

Day Shift: $15.00/hour
Night Shift: $15.50/hour

Site Cleaning Supervisors

Day Shift: $18.50/hour
Night Shift: $19.50/hour
Cleaning Crew Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

Perform general cleaning throughout the retail site
Sweep, mop, and clean floors and designated work areas
Remove trash, debris, and other materials
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Perform general site cleanup as assigned
Follow all site safety rules and procedures
Complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently
Work closely with other members of the cleaning crew
Follow instructions provided by the shift supervisor
Maintain a professional attitude while working in a retail environment
Supervisor Responsibilities

Supervisors will be responsible for leading a cleaning crew during their assigned 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities may include:

Lead and oversee assigned cleaning crew members
Assign daily tasks and cleaning responsibilities
Monitor employee attendance and performance
Ensure cleaning assignments are completed properly and on time
Help maintain quality and cleanliness standards throughout the site
Ensure team members follow workplace and site safety procedures
Communicate expectations and instructions clearly to employees
Address routine issues that arise during the shift
Maintain a professional and productive work environment
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are:

Dependable and punctual
Able to work the full assigned 12-hour shift
Comfortable working on their feet for extended periods
Able to perform physical cleaning and general labor duties
Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
Team-oriented
Motivated and willing to work
Able to maintain consistent attendance

Supervisor candidates should also have:

Strong leadership skills
Good communication skills
Ability to manage and motivate a team
Previous supervisory, team lead, cleaning, janitorial, or similar experience is preferred
