Job Description
We’re hiring Production Operators for a respected production facility in Sioux Falls, SD. These roles are hands-on and fast-paced — perfect for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy active work and want to build a career in manufacturing.
Position Overview
Production Operators are responsible for operating machinery, monitoring product quality, and keeping production lines running smoothly. You’ll work with grain milling, sifting, product flow, and packaging processes to ensure high-quality output every shift.
Responsibilities
Operate production and cleaning line equipment, including programmable control systems (PLCs)
Verify product integrity during manufacturing and packaging
Perform equipment changeovers and general maintenance as needed
Assist maintenance staff with basic equipment repairs and troubleshooting
Keep work areas clean and organized according to safety standards
Complete daily logs, reports, and quality control documentation (HACCP/GMP)
Package and palletize finished products
Follow all safety, food safety, and quality assurance protocols
