Job Description
Doing maintenance in a low income apartment complex, task could be but not limited to, general clean up, touch up paint, full paint, carpet replacement, door replacement or fixing, some light plumbing, light electrical and hvac work.
Communication with the management and residents of the complex
Ability to work independently, and be self motivated to work alone
Able to complete tasks in a timely manner and move on to next task
