Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Screening and Access Control: Check tickets, operate metal detectors, and inspect bags for banned items.
Crowd Monitoring: Watch fan behavior in the stands, concourses, and gates to stop fights or overcrowding
Emergency Response: Help with medical issues, fires, or evacuations, and work with local police or paramedics.
Customer Service: Answer visitor questions and give directions while enforcing venue rules.
Qualifications and Requirements
Age and Education: Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.Experience: Past work in security, military, or law enforcement is often required or preferred.
Skills: Clear communication, patience under pressure, and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
