General Labor – Construction Site (Potential Buck Hoist Operator)
Location: Austin, TX
Contract-to-Hire Opportunities
We are currently hiring dependable General Laborers for active construction projects in Austin, TX. This position will primarily involve general site labor duties and may transition into a Buck Hoist Operator role for qualified and reliable workers.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform general construction site labor and cleanup duties
Assist skilled trades and site supervisors as needed
Move materials, tools, and equipment throughout the job site
Maintain safe and organized work areas
Support site operations and follow daily work assignments
Opportunity to transition into Buck Hoist operations based on performance and site needs
Requirements:
Must have a valid OSHA 10 Certification
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor construction environments
Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required
Prior construction or general labor experience preferred but not required
Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
Type II Hard Hat (required)
If you do not have one, a loaner hard hat will be provided
Steel Toe Boots
High-Visibility Safety Vest
Work Gloves
Safety Glasses
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
Comfort working at construction sites and around active equipment
Ability to work in varying weather conditions
