Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Pool Technician to maintain, clean, and service residential and commercial swimming pools. The ideal candidate will ensure pools are clean, safe, properly balanced, and operating efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Clean pools by skimming, vacuuming, and brushing surfaces.
Test and balance pool water chemistry.
Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems.
Perform minor repairs and report major equipment issues.
Empty skimmer and pump baskets.
Maintain accurate service records.
Provide professional and courteous customer service.
Requirements:
Experience with pool maintenance and equipment is preferred, but training is available.
Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
