Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled High Voltage Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high-voltage electrical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and experienced working with electrical distribution systems in commercial, industrial, or utility environments.
Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair high-voltage electrical systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
Perform testing and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment.
Follow all safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of work performed.
Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects safely and on schedule.
Requirements:
Experience working with high-voltage electrical systems.
Knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical documents.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather and job site conditions.
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
