Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable General Laborers to assist with construction site cleanup and basic support tasks. This role is essential to maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient job site. The ideal candidate is hardworking, punctual, and able to perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris, trash, and hazardous materials
Sweep, shovel, and dispose of materials to maintain a safe and organized work area
Load, unload, and move construction materials as needed
Assist skilled trades (carpenters, operators, etc.) with basic tasks
Set up and take down temporary structures, barriers, and equipment
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Use basic hand tools and equipment safely
Report safety hazards or issues to supervisors
Requirements:
Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required
Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Strong work ethic and willingness to take direction
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with construction site safety practices
OSHA certification (a plus, but not required)
Experience using basic hand and power tools
Work Environment:
Outdoor construction sites with exposure to dust, noise, and changing weather conditions
May require early mornings, weekends, or overtime depending on project needs
