Job Description
Job Summary:
A General Laborer performs a variety of physical tasks to support construction, manufacturing, warehouse, landscaping, or maintenance operations. Responsibilities may include loading and unloading materials, operating basic tools and equipment, cleaning work areas, and assisting skilled workers to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Assist with construction, maintenance, or warehouse tasks
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely
- Clean and prepare job sites or work areas
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders
- Move materials and supplies as needed
- Perform basic repairs or assembly work
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain equipment and report any issues
- Support team members with general duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous labor or construction experience is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical work
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work outdoors when required
- Basic knowledge of tools and safety practices
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Strong work ethic and teamwork skills
