Job Description
The Warehouse Assembler is responsible for assembling, preparing, and organizing insulation materials and products according to company specifications. This position requires attention to detail, basic hands-on skills, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble insulation materials and products according to work instructions.
Measure, cut, and prepare materials as needed.
Follow product specifications and assembly instructions.
Inspect completed products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and correctly.
Handle and move materials throughout the warehouse.
Keep materials and completed products organized.
Label and stage finished products in the correct location.
Assist with packing and preparing products for shipment or delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety rules and procedures.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns to a supervisor.
Work with other warehouse team members to meet daily production goals.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Previous warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to read and follow basic instructions.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic ability to use hand tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable and dependable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials.
Physical Requirements
Regularly lift and move insulation materials and other warehouse products.
Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
Ability to work around dust and insulation materials while using required PPE.
Ability to safely handle materials throughout the workday.
Work Environment
This position is performed in a warehouse environment and may involve exposure to dust, insulation fibers, noise, varying temperatures, and heavy materials. Proper PPE and safety procedures must be followed at all times.
