Farm Elevator Operator / Grain Elevator Team Member
We’re looking for a rock star to join our team! If you’re dependable, mechanically inclined, and enjoy hands-on work, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time position with plenty of hours, overtime opportunities, and the chance to be a key part of our operation.
Job Responsibilities
Operate and monitor grain elevator equipment safely and efficiently.
Receive and unload grain trucks.
Sample and inspect grain for quality.
Assist with grain handling, storage, and loading operations.
Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report larger repairs.
Keep the facility clean, organized, and operating safely.
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic equipment maintenance.
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced agricultural environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
Previous grain elevator, farm, or equipment operation experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
