Quality Control Responsibilities
Inspect pallets for mold, bark, protruding nails, and correct stamping
Ensure finished products meet company quality standards
Desired Qualities & Expectations
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn, follow directions, and stay long-term
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Familiarity with common hand tools is a plus
Must be comfortable with physically demanding work and getting dirty
Attendance is critical – reliability is required
Reliable transportation required
Pre-Employment Requirements
Drug screening required
