We’re hiring reliable, hard-working individuals for multiple positions inside a pallet manufacturing and recycling facility. This is real physical work in a fast-paced production environment. If you want steady hours and can show up every day ready to work, we want you.

⏰ SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday
6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Custom Hand Building:
Lunch: 10:00–10:30 AM
Break: 2:00 PM (15 minutes)
�� WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Building and repairing pallets
Using nail guns, hand tools, and measuring equipment
Recycling damaged pallets and meeting daily quotas
Inspecting pallets for quality (mold, nails, bark, correct stamps)
Standing, bending, lifting, and working fast throughout the day
�� Attendance matters. Production matters.
��️ EXPERIENCE (CERTAIN POSITIONS)
Custom Hand Building applicants should have:
Nail gun experience
Carpentry or construction experience
Ability to read a tape measure (required)
Familiarity with hand tools
Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
�� WORK CONDITIONS – READ CAREFULLY
Facility is NOT climate controlled
Temperatures can reach 105–108°F in hot weather
Must be able to handle extreme heat and physical labor
If you can’t work in these conditions, this job is not for you.
�� SAFETY & DRESS CODE (STRICT)
Steel-toed boots REQUIRED
High-visibility vest REQUIRED
No tank tops or cut-off shirts
Shorts must be near knee length
No biker shorts
Leggings require a long shirt covering front and back
Clothing must be work-appropriate (nothing provocative)
✅ REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Reliable transportation – NO carpooling
Strong attendance and punctuality
Willing to work hard and learn
Drug screen and background check required
�� PAY & INCENTIVES
$15.00/hour for all positions
Production bonuses available when quotas are met—even as a temp
