Job Description
We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for General Labor positions within the construction industry. This role involves assisting with various tasks on active job sites and supporting skilled trades to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Assist with site preparation and cleanup
Load and unload materials and equipment
Operate basic hand and power tools
Follow directions from supervisors and crew leaders
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Perform general labor tasks as needed on construction sites
Requirements:
Previous construction or general labor experience preferred, but not required
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in outdoor conditions
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Reliable transportation is strongly preferred (candidates with their own vehicle are ideal)
