Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Job Description
We are currently seeking dependable and skilled Carpenters to join our temporary staffing team for short-term assignments with various client job sites. This position is ideal for experienced carpenters who are flexible, reliable, and able to respond to work opportunities with less than 72 hours’ notice.
Assignments may range from a single day to several weeks depending on client needs and project scope.
Responsibilities
Perform general carpentry work including framing, installation, repairs, and finishing
Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to specifications
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Follow all job site safety procedures and company policies
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work independently or as part of a crew depending on assignment
Qualifications
Previous carpentry experience required
Ability to read a tape measure and use common carpentry tools
Reliable transportation to various job sites
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying environments
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Flexibility to accept assignments on short notice
OSHA certification is a plus but not required
Required Tools
Carpenters must provide and maintain their own tools for assignments. At minimum, applicants must have:
Speed square
Framing hammer
Impact drill and driver
Full set of drill bits, including concrete/masonry bits
Skill saw / circular saw
Tape measure
Basic hand tools and PPE appropriate for construction work

Availability Requirement
Applicants must be willing and able to accept assignments with less than 72 hours’ notice. Evening, early morning, and weekend assignments may occasionally be available.
