Job Title: General Laborer (Construction) – Daily Pay
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to support construction projects across various job sites. This position offers daily pay and flexible scheduling, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking for consistent, hands-on work.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform site cleanup, including debris removal and maintaining safe, organized work areas
Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
Support skilled trades with basic construction tasks
Set up and break down work areas as needed
Operate basic hand tools safely and efficiently
What General Laborers Do:
General Laborers play a vital role in keeping construction projects running smoothly. Day-to-day tasks may include preparing job sites, assisting with material handling, supporting crews with various manual tasks, and ensuring the work environment remains clean and hazard-free. The role requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and the ability to adapt to changing job site needs.
Requirements:
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Dependable with strong work ethic
Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Construction experience is helpful but not required
