We’re looking for a hands-on CNC Laser Operator who enjoys working with machinery, solving problems, and creating high-quality metal parts. If you like staying busy and working with cool equipment, this could be the job for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Set up and run CNC laser machines
Load programs and adjust machine settings
Read blueprints and measure parts for accuracy
Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Complete work orders and production paperwork
Help keep production running smoothly and safely
Work with a solid team in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED
Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferred
Comfortable using measuring tools and reading blueprints
Forklift experience is a bonus
Dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated
Team player with a strong work ethic

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, move, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs
