Job Description
General Laborer provides hands-on support across various short-term job sites and industries. This role is ideal for reliable, hardworking individuals who can adapt quickly, follow instructions, and perform physical tasks safely. Assignments may vary by day or week depending on client needs, with opportunities for long-term placement based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Perform basic labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials.
Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and organization.
Operate hand tools and simple equipment as instructed.
Follow safety rules, wear required PPE, and maintain a hazard-free work area.
Support skilled workers or supervisors with tasks as needed.
Complete assigned duties efficiently and maintain strong attendance.
Communicate any issues, delays, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
Types of Assignments May Include
Construction site cleanup
Warehouse support
Moving and material handling
Landscaping or outdoor labor
Qualifications
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and perform physical work for extended periods.
Willingness to work indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to follow directions.
Flexibility to accept different assignments as needed.Reliable transportation preferred but not required
