Position Overview
Stocking Associates support store operations by unloading freight, organizing merchandise, and keeping shelves fully stocked and customer-ready. This role requires dependable workers who can follow direction, work efficiently, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Stock merchandise onto shelves according to store standards
Unload pallets and organize products in assigned departments
Maintain clean and orderly aisles, backroom, and work areas
Assist with inventory rotation and product placement
Follow instructions from Walmart management and team leads
Provide general support to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for full shifts
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
