Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Machine Operator to run, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have experience operating industrial machines, following production schedules, and adhering to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
•Set up, operate, and monitor machines to produce goods according to specifications and schedules
•Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and consistency
•Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and output
•Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal operation
•Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major problems to maintenance team
•Keep accurate production and quality records
•Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
•Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
•Maintain a clean and organized work area
